Following the killing of George Floyd, thousands of people around the world have combined their efforts in creating awareness, protesting and standing in solidarity. While this has been an ongoing problem in the world, the killing of George Floyd has bought more attention to the injustices towards minorities around the world.
The Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement is extremely powerful, it is educating everyone around the world and in just two weeks we have seen changes being made. Over 21 million people have tagged #blacklivesmatter on Instagram, and while this is incredibly impactful it can be mentally draining and exhausting, especially for people in the Black community.

This fight for change is far from over, around the world people are still listening, learning and acting to ensure changes are made. Whilst we continue to fight, spread awareness and make a difference we encourage EVERYONE to look after their mental health at such an overwhelming time.
