The old saying ‘no pain, no gain’ is a gym phrase, but when it comes to you walking to the next bar, you can feel that pain creeping in.. We have a few tips to help you! Especially when June 21st is nearing..
- You need to be prepared!
If your shoes start hurting in the middle of getting up to walk to the bar for another pornstar martini, then we have the best idea for you! Why not use blister plasters? You are able to get transparent plasters before the night out in your handbag, this way you’re prepared for those potential heel-related emergencies.
Adding deodorant (roll on) beneath any part of your shoes that rub, (the straps lets say) it can prevent chafing! Let us know in the comments if you have tried this weird and wonderful hack out.
3. Finding the perfect fit
Sounds simple, but some people don’t wear the right heels, if you have a heel with adjustable straps you are able to let your feet breathe! It would actually save a lot of pain later down the line too..
4. Wear them in!
When you buy a new pair of heels, to avoid those nasty cuts, you need to wear them in! You can wear the heels with socks at home meaning that they will last in your feet a lot longer than they would do just out of the box! Meaning you are less likely to have blisters along the night!
