As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you want it fast!
Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds).
You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.
If you’re a UK based customer and originally had your item delivered to a UK address, you can return your item using our discounted returns service. Just create a returns label using the links below.
If you have received your order with FREE delivery, then your full cost of your order will be refunded.
If you have paid for delivery, such as Economy, Premium or International delivery, then you will be refunded the amount of your item, less the delivery charge, as there is a cost to our business in delivering you the item.
We get you, waiting for a refund is a pain. But please hang in there while we process it for you. A typical refund can take up to 14 days; that’s 7 days from you returning your order and us processing it, followed by 7 days for it to make its way through the relevant banking systems to appear back in your account.
All returns are quality checked before a refund is issued – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy and customers are required to cover the cost of returning these items (if you want them back).
